How do I place an order?

We invite you to access the products presented on the site.

Discover and choose the right product and click on the right button; add to cart;. In My Cart you can see all the products you want to order. When you have finished shopping, you must click on the Complete order button.

Specify the delivery and billing dates and use the payment method. Don’t forget to check the completed data at the end and click on the Send the order button. You will immediately receive an email confirming the order placed, and you will be contacted within a maximum of 24 hours by us with the final confirmation and details of any questions.

What is the status of my order? How can I check?

If you have placed the order and selected the option to create a customer account, you can track orders placed directly from the customer account using the unique order number received when placing it by accessing the Track Order option.

If you placed an order without creating a customer account, unfortunately you cannot track the order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. An order can be canceled by sending an email to:  Don’t forget to specify the order number placed. We will contact you later for confirmation.

Can I place an order without a customer account?

Yes. A customer account is not required to place an order.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. Telephone orders can be made from Monday to Friday between 09.00 – 17.00 (GMT +3) at telephone numbers  +40 21 230 01 13 / +40 21 230 01 05 . An operator Singer will take over and generate the order for you on our site so that you have electronic access to all the information provided by telephone. Phone order is an automatic recognition and acceptance of our privacy policies and terms of use applicable to standard orders through the online store.

Are Facebook and Google accounts secure?

Yes. You can generate a customer account by connecting directly with Facebook or Google. All the information taken is necessary to access the account on This data includes name, surname and email address.

Payment and Delivery Information

What are the payment methods?

Orders placed on our website can be paid online through the external service EUROPAYMENT Services, refund directly to the courier who will bring the order or to our headquarters in Str. Halelor 7,  Sector 3, Bucharest, Romania.

Is card payment secure?

Payment is fully secured through our partner EUROPAYMENT Services, recognized for the security requirement of online payment solutions offered. Payment is made through a redirected and secure EUROPAYMENT Services page. The data you fill in is safe. We do not have and do not have direct access to your bank details.

How are the products delivered?

Orders placed on are delivered by express courier, in the original boxes with all the accessories and / or related products specified on the product page. All orders over 300 EUR benefit from FREE SHIPPING.

Is the delivery Free?

Yes, delivery is free for orders with a value higher than 300 EUR.

What is the delivery time for my order?

When placing the order, it will be confirmed if the product is in stock or not. For products that are in stock, orders are shipped within 24 hours of placing the order.

For products that are not in stock, the shipping time will be communicated by the Singer operator upon confirmation of the order.

Information about Warranty

Do the products have a warranty?

For all products except accessories and consumables, sold and delivered by Singer, you benefit from warranty certificates according to the legislation.

IMPORTANT: The following parts are NOT covered by the warranty:

For household sewing machines: needle plate, conveyor, presser foot, bobbin, grab and spool.
Accessories and consumables, ie those parts of the device that are assembled / disassembled by hand by the user, without the need to use specific tools or devices (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.).
Glass or plastic dishes, hoses, brushes, targets, screens, pins, bags, filters, anti-limescale boxes, batteries, etc.
Bulbs, springs, belts, control buttons, seals, solenoid valves, textile cover materials.
Landmarks covered (clogged) with limestone deposits due to the use of hard water.

The products have been designed and manufactured so that they can be used exclusively for domestic purposes; they lose their warranty in case of their use in professional activities, except for the products strictly dedicated and designed for professional activities.

The buyer has the obligation to strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions in the user manual.

Information about Returns

What is the return procedure?

According to Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Please note that the products can only be returned if they are in their original condition, are not damaged due to improper use, if they can be accompanied by the original packaging, as well as documents or other materials received in the box.

Following the return request, you will receive a return form in which you must fill in the necessary data for the return of the money (24-character IBAN code, Bank, Name and Surname, CNP, etc.).

We only collect data needed to process placed orders. The data collected is required to send the invoice and to generate the delivery AWB. We do not collect or store any data other than those mentioned when generating the customer account or placing an order.
